Dr. Sudhir R Iliger, born on 14 th February 1975, did his B. Pharm, in 1998, from K.L.E.S’s College of Pharmacy Hubli. He has been serving SETs college of pharmacy as lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor and Head, department of pharmaceutics since 1999. He was deputed for M. Pharm in Pharmaceutics under quality improvement program sponsored by AICTE new Delhi from 2004 to 2006 and completed his M Pharm from KLEs college of Pharmacy Belgaum. He earned his PhD in 2013, from University of Mysore , Mysore. Dr Sudhir has published about 40 research articles and presented about 20 research papers in various national and international conferences and symposiums. He has A patent to his credit. He has received funding for his major and minor research projects worth Rs 35 lakhs from BRNS/RGUHS . He has guided 40 M. Pharm students and is presently guiding a Ph D student. He was a member of Board of studies (PG) of RGUHS Bangalore . He has been a reviewer/editorial board member of many national and international journals. As a teacher and researcher Dr Sudhir R Iliger is committed to train the undergraduate , postgraduate and PhD students. Design, development, formulation and evaluation of Novel drug delivery systems, polymer blending, nano and micro technologies are his innovative fields of interest .
