Dr. Chetan B. Savant, born on 29th January 1987, did his B. Pharm, in 2008, from S.E.T’s College of Pharmacy, Dharwad, RGUHS, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, M. Pharm. in Pharmacology from S.E.T’s College of Pharmacy, Dharwad, RGUHS, Bengaluru, Karnataka in 2012, and Ph.D. in 2022, from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, Karnataka. He began his teaching career as Lecturer in 2012 at JPNES, Mahabubnagar, Andhra Pradesh and Sarada Vilas College of Pharmacy, Mysore, from 2012 to 2014. Dr. Chetan has published about 22 research papers, presented about 12 research papers in national and international conferences. He has 1 patent to his credit. He has guided 9 M. Pharm students and co-guiding for 1 Ph D student. He is a reviewer of many national and international journals. Dr. Chetan Savant, an innovative and dedicated teacher and researcher, is passionate about training undergraduate and postgraduate students in diverse areas of animal experiments using advanced instruments and techniques. His expertise encompasses screening natural crude drugs and synthetic drugs in animal models.
